Book 6: Hymn 103: A charm to check the approach of a hostile army

1Brihaspati and Savitar prepare a rope to bind you fast! Let Bhaga, Mitra, Aryaman, and both the Asvins make the bond. 2I bind together all of them, the first, the last, the middlemost. Indra hath girded these with cord: bind them together, Agni, thou! 3Those yonder who approach to fight, with banners raised along their ranks, Indra hath girded these with cord: bind them together, Agni, thou!
